Title: Producer/Web/Internet/Sales/Marketing

Note: Looking for someone who can take on responsibilities as an Ad Sales Producer as well as a Marketing Producer.
POSITION SUMMARY
Manage day-to-day production for .com Ad Sales and Marketing, including production of campaign creative, brainstorming compelling concepts, budget tracking, schedule & resource tracking, and client management. This position works with internal teams and outside vendors for production work, with promotions staff to develop pre-sales budgets and campaign content, and with internal sales representatives and account managers.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION
At least 3 years experience with internet/web industry, primarily in internet production. Must have an understanding of web production technologies and processes, and be able to apply that knowledge to meeting creative marketing and advertising goals. Candidate should have significant experience producing Flash websites, games, activities and/or media content.
Experience in sales, marketing or advertising fields is a big plus, as is client management experience.
Candidate should have a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and organizational skills. They should be adept at problem-solving and be able to function successfully in a high-intensity, quick-turnaround environment. They must be able to master new tasks quickly and change as organizational needs change.
SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED
· Solid knowledge of web-based technologies and processes (from a capabilities standpoint).
· Proficiency with MS Project, MS Visio
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex projects to completion.
· Good interpersonal & communication skills.
· Strong detail-oriented and organization skills.
· Leadership skills.
Recommended skills:
· Proficiency with HTML, Flash, Photoshop
